Alright, so this started happening around 4 days ago. I dont know if this is the right place to post it, but I dont have any idea what am I supposed to do. Simply put, everytime I go to sleep and close my eyes, I start to feel very unconfortable. They dont open on their own, but I get a strong urge to open them. This actually happens whenever I try to keep them close, but the biggest problem is when going to sleep. The only times it goes away is when I'm extremely tired, or when I focus on my breathing (which is for a very short time). I dont know what to do to have a calm night, so I appreciate any advise you have.

You can try to listening to soft music along with light head massage when you are going to bed. May be it can help.
